Since transitioning from service, he has channeled his expertise into humanitarian efforts across East Africa, his native region, while serving as a Safety Ambassador.
Drawing on his Special Operations background, Tom excels in conducting security threat assessments. His exceptional skills enable him to craft tailored plans that mitigate risks to people and property, a rare capability honed through years of high-stakes operations.

His expertise spans Intergovernmental Policy Development, Global Supply Chain Logistics, and Distribution Management, with a proven ability to mitigate risks to people and property in some of the world’s most volatile regions.
JTC holds multiple master’s degrees, is a graduate of the Command & General Staff College, and is ITAR certified. While proud of his distinguished career, he values raising his children even more. In his downtime, JTC enjoys outdoor adventures and recreational hockey.
